Holly Haringa brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in home-based care operations, strategy, and organizational growth. She began her career in 2007 at Lifetime Care at Home in Guilford, Connecticut, where she developed a deep, practical understanding of the operational, regulatory, and financial realities facing home care providers. Since then, Holly has guided providers in strengthening operational performance, improving financial sustainability, and preparing for long-term growth and transition.
As Chief Operating Officer of Corcoran Consulting Group, Holly provides enterprise oversight across the firm’s Performance, Transitions, and Innovations divisions, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and high-touch client delivery. In her role as Vice President, Innovations, she leads the development and advancement of data-driven approaches to quality, functional measurement, and value demonstration in home-based care.
Holly’s expertise spans business analytics, financial and revenue enhancement, competitive and market analysis, operational redesign, leadership development, recruitment, and organizational planning. She has led brand strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and marketing efforts, and is known for translating complex strategy into practical, executable solutions. Her work is grounded in a belief that home-based care is a critical component of a multidisciplinary healthcare ecosystem—one that enables individuals to remain at home with dignity, quality, and appropriate support.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism from Elon University.
