Nancy Kendrick’s extensive career in the home care industry began as a clinician and progressed from branch manager to vice president of clinical services for a national provider of home health, hospice, infusion and medical equipment. Her focus on quality and patient safety led to her work in various capacities, including surveyor/site visitor, with The Joint Commission (TJC), Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
Kendrick has assisted home care providers with agency start-ups and expansions, preparation and recovery from regulatory surveys. She’s served in interim clinical and executive roles during transitions for hospital-based and free-standing health care organizations.
With an Associate’s degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, a Bachelor of Nursing Science and a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Santa Monica, Nancy has worked with hospitals, community health centers, occupational health teams in the manufacturing industry, home care and accreditation organizations. Kendrick resides in Tennessee and holds a Multistate (NLC) Registered Nurse license.
