With more than 25 years leading complex post-acute organizations, Christine Dixon helps clients strengthen operations, elevate quality, and drive sustainable growth across Medicare-certified home health, hospice, and private-duty home care services. A former senior operations executive, Christine blends hands-on leadership with data-driven execution. She aligns people, process, and technology to improve KPIs, financial performance, patient experience, and regulatory readiness.
Most recently, Christine served as National Director of Home Health Operations for Lifespace Communities, where she oversaw private-duty services across 12 communities in multiple states, leading more than 400 full time employees and generating $16.2M in revenue. She implemented enterprise-wide best practices, advanced multistate licensing and survey readiness, and led the transition of electronic health records to Aaniie/Smartcare. Earlier, as CEO for multiple hospice organizations in Massachusetts, she managed clinical and administrative operations, executed a multi-site EMR conversion, and led a successful Joint Commission survey for a new hospice startup.
Christine’s background also includes executive roles with UMass Medical School Commonwealth Medicine, where she led the healthcare operations consultancy team; Emerson Hospital Home Care; and UMass Memorial Health - HealthAlliance Hospital, where she directed ACO, population health, home health, hospice, rehabilitation, and care management services. Known for building strong teams and QAPI programs, she has consistently delivered improved outcomes, growth, and staff engagement.
Committed to advancing the field, Christine has served on boards and advisory groups including Fitchburg State University’s Department of Nursing Professional Advisory Committee, Aging Services of North Central Massachusetts, Massachusetts Bay Self-Insurance Group, Visiting Nurses of New England, and the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. She earned a Nursing diploma from New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing, a BSN from Regis College, and a master’s in healthcare management from Cambridge College.
