Leslie Hammond brings more than 20 years of experience serving the home care, hospice, and aging services community throughout New England. Her expertise spans business development, strategic communications, educational programming, advocacy, and relationship management, helping healthcare organizations navigate change and achieve sustainable growth.
At Corcoran Consulting Group, Leslie works with providers to identify growth opportunities, strengthen regulatory readiness, and develop practical solutions that improve operational performance and long-term success. She also leads the development of strategic programs and educational initiatives that support the evolving needs of home-based care organizations.
Before joining Corcoran, Leslie held leadership positions with the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts and the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire, where she partnered with providers, industry leaders, and policymakers to advance initiatives that strengthen care at home. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Trinity College of Vermont.
