Walter Borginis brings more than 40 years of executive leadership experience in home health, hospice, senior care, hospital operations, and nonprofit healthcare management to Corcoran Consulting Group clients.
A nationally recognized healthcare finance and operations expert, he helps organizations improve financial performance, navigate growth and transformation, and develop strategies for long-term success.
Walter previously served as President and CEO of the Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia, where he led significant revenue growth, strengthened financial performance, expanded hospice and home health services, and improved operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with the Abramson Center for Jewish Life, Sacred Heart Medical Center, Devereux Foundation, Temple University Hospital, and KPMG.
A respected speaker, author, and industry advocate, Walter is a member of the NAHC Hall of Fame and recipient of the association’s MVP Award for the highest number of faculty presentations in NAHC history.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia.
