Corcoran Consulting Group adds four members to its financial and operational team

Corcoran Consulting Group LLC (dba Rich Corcoran Consulting) has added four members to its financial services and operations team: Michelle Corcoran, director, accounting services; Judy Hardwick, director, financial management services; Adrienne Jenkins, director, revenue cycle management services and Kathy Trier, director, executive leadership services.
Michelle Corcoran
Michelle Corcoran will manage the company’s accounting activities and financial statement presentations. In addition to her work for Corcoran Consulting Group, she is a part-time accountant for Salute Homecare in Waterbury, Conn. Corcoran has served as accounting manager for New England Home Care, Cromwell Conn., and as staff accountant for Pharmedica Communications, Killingworth, Conn. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in psychology from University of Connecticut.
Judy Hardwick
Judy Hardwick brings 31 years of home care industry experience to support Corcoran Consulting’s clients with financial management, budgeting, financial forecasting, gross profit margin analysis and financial reporting support. From 1987 to 2018, Judy was director of finance at VNA Health at Home in Watertown, Conn., where she converted the agency’s clinical and administrative paper system to an electronic medical record system. Hardwick is a resident of Watertown, Conn.
Adrienne D. Jenkins
Adrienne D. Jenkins brings 20+ years of experience in billing and collections operations to support home health businesses. She has served as accounts receivable operations manager, financial analyst and senior billing/collection specialist at VNA Community Healthcare, Inc. She will help Corcoran Consulting clients improve processes across each stage of the revenue cycle. She holds a bachelor’s in health and science studies with a minor in health administration from Quinnipiac University. She is a member of the coach training program at The Graduate Institute. Jenkins resides in Middletown, Conn.
Kathy Trier
will provide clients with leadership development, executive coaching, board development, strategic planning and operational work plan development, operational and financial analysis and customer service training. Prior to joining Rich Corcoran Consulting, Kathy served for 28 years as CEO for Community VNA in Attleboro, Mass., where she oversaw planning, financing and building of that VNA’s operational headquarters and led several information systems conversions. Prior to that position she was CFO of VNA of the South Shore. Kathy holds an MBA in Business Administration. She resides in Bristol, R.I.
