Corcoran Consulting Group Elevates Leadership

As the Corcoran team continues to guide home health and home care clients through their financial, clinical, and operational challenges, we’ve got some big announcements to make!

Leadership Ascends

Guy Tommasi is stepping into the role of President and CEO. With 40 years of hands-on experience in private duty home care, Guy brings a vision for the successful future of home care organizations and an unwavering dedication to excellence. He’s poised to lead Corcoran Consulting Group into its next chapter of innovation and growth.

Guy’s responsibilities include strategic management, marketing initiatives, project and consultant management, conference leadership and speaking engagements, and association relationships.

Holly Haringa has been promoted to Vice President/COO. With 18 years of in-the-trenches home care agency experience, Holly’s strategic insights and organizational prowess will continue to enhance our success.

Holly’s responsibilities include day-to-day management, procedural oversight, project scheduling and tracking, new operations and technology programs, partner relationships, consultant onboarding, new business proposal development, vendor and legal agreements, and website and marketing oversight.

I’ve been honored to work with Guy and Holly in their former positions and was delighted when they joined us in 2023. Their depth of industry knowledge, passion for helping people thrive in their homes, and support of our talented team will help us continue to provide outstanding service to our home health and home care clients. They are true leaders in elevating the home care profession.
